Mobility WOD

World Class Fitness in 100 words v 3.1

Eat meat, vegetables and healthy fat, little fruit, yams and sweet potatoes and no sugar or grains. Eat as much as you need to sustain exercise but not bodyfat. Train major lifts: deadlifts, cleans, squats, presses, clean & jerk and snatch. Master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, HSPUs, flips and holds. Run, jump and row hard and fast. Five days a week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Lift, swing, throw and flip heavy objects often. Keep most workouts short and intense. Regularly learn, practice and dominate sports.

April 7-8 CrossFit Endurance Trainer Course

Competition season is coming!

As we did last year, we'll be providing a location to do your CrossFit Games Open workouts. Each Saturday after the WOD is announced, we'll have 8am Open WODs verified by myself and entered into the national result database. Registration begins Feb 1st and the first week's WOD will be announced the 22nd.

The Horsetooth Half Marathon, Colorado Marathon and Half Marathon and Bolder Boulder are coming up soon as well. Get your CrossFit Endurance training plan here!

We're planning on running an unofficial 70.3 distance triathlon event in August. Open water swim, paved bike route and trail/paved run. More details as they come available!

Resolve to get off your keester.

  • We aren't in the resolution business. Big gyms rely on the money that New Year brings because they expect you to sign a contract and never come after the first few weeks. We don't work like that. We keep overhead low by keeping the temp cold in the winter. We buy equipment that gets used all the time. We expect you to come in 3-5 days a week for an hour of jam-packed training time. 
  • Resolutions are for folks who want temporary solutions to long-term issues. We're in the lifestyle change business and friend, business is good. Just ask our athletes!
  • CrossFit North Fort Collins: 4950 square feet of strength and conditioning, nutrition counseling, massage therapy and kick-ass athletes of every size, shape and ability. We have stay at home moms that kick butt, we have former collegiate athletes that rock and everyone in between!

Don't resolve to get a membership to some fancy gym that has a sauna and a full bar and no accountability. Come learn how to eat right and get work done. It doesn't have to be fun to be fun!
