CrossFit dabbler since 2003 CrossFit athlete since 2006.
"CrossFit can be done by anyone, it just isn't for everyone. My athletes range from ages 16-56, I have former collegiate standouts, high school athletes, stay at home folks, current and ex-military, and everyone in between. My practice specializes in strength and conditioning with a focus on correct biomechanics. We're not here to hurt folks; we're here to give you the best training possible in one hour per day. I want folks to get the most out of their investment. Think of CrossFit here as a near term investment in long term heath, fitness and the ability to do what you want when you want for as long as you want."
