SDLHP, Squat, Pull-up, Sit-up, Push-ups. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest alternating for 4 minutes for each exercise with one minute rest between exercises. Only score lowest reps. IE SDLHP 20,20,18,17,15,15,14,12 scores a 12 for that exercise. -
