We aren't in the resolution business. Big gyms rely on the money that New Year brings because they expect you to sign a contract and never come after the first few weeks. We don't work like that. We keep overhead low by keeping the temp cold in the winter. We buy equipment that gets used all the time. We expect you to come in 3-5 days a week for an hour of jam-packed training time.

Resolutions are for folks who want temporary solutions to long-term issues. We're in the lifestyle change business and friend, business is good. Just ask our athletes!

CrossFit North Fort Collins: 4950 square feet of strength and conditioning, nutrition counseling, massage therapy and kick-ass athletes of every size, shape and ability. We have stay at home moms that kick butt, we have former collegiate athletes that rock and everyone in between!

Don't resolve to get a membership to some fancy gym that has a sauna and a full bar and no accountability. Come learn how to eat right and get work done.
